my eldest is back home where she belongs. recovering from the trauma of being needlessly kidnapped, abused, drugged, and abused some more by ss and the fake family. she remembers seeing Willow and Jack (J a child(munby case)) only once, and Willow is severely disabled from the drugs used for the forced inducement, and Jack has severe mental health issues from being kidnapped and passed around the nonce riddled foster system before being forcibly adopted. staffordshire cunty council’s ss are child abusers, and we (as a family) are attempting to locate a legal team willing and able to punish them for their abuse.

social workers are liars even in court they had no reason not to let us have our grandson. oh sorry yes they did we have found out they had adoptive parents lined up from the beginning, our son’s ex partner had a child adopted 7 years ago. In their wisdom they decided this was the best place for our 3 year old grandson. The ss had no reason not to let us have him so have brazenly lied in court about our health. We presented health declarations from our GP the judge ignored them and granted a placement order. I suppose having legal representation would have helped but we don’t have thousands of pounds to spare, because of this our precious little grandson has disappeared from our lives on 7th April 2014. How is it possible for north east Lincolnshire social services to do this to people they are lying cruel people and are allowed to get away with this. beware of joanne maughan a ruthless liar and marion moore 2 lying social workers and also Claire Francis from hull CAFCASS 3 LYING WITCHES.

The Scottish Social Services have their eye on our currently unborn child,. We have seen disturbing footage of police barging into newborn families homes and stealing babies away from parents crying then arresting the parents, charging them.
We’ve made up our minds to leave the UK, we understand this is not a system of fair due process, the family courts, SS, police, midwife are all in it together and when we confronted the SS that even if we do cooperate and go to their unqualified medical assessors they will twist and lie to get the court order to take our baby by force if necessary from the hospital. So far I have not said one word to them, not gone to any assessments and only my partner Lexi has attended and she herself has already seen how they are lying and twisting evidence before the child is even born.
She confronted the SS worker about how her organization lies to snatch newborn babies from the hospital and forced into adoption, the SS started crying and left the room saying “we’re done here”
at first my gf was believing in them and was smiling going ohhhh they won’t do anything to MY baby, surely not…… after reading all of your comments I’m convinced beyond reasonable doubt should we choose to stay here in the UK we will never see our child shortly after baby Maya is born.
The SS offer of Lexi’s grandmother is “not a long term solution” according to them, we’ve offered everything and we still have no guarantee they won’t issue a child protection order, we won’t have any rights to our own child, you can’t sue the police they are just following orders, you can’t sue the SS no lawyer in the world would even consider it unless you’ve got 50k to mount a legal battle which you’d probably lose anyway.
I have done parenting classes, ante natal classes, I kayaked the English channel for charity, The SS care for nothing POSITIVE you do only exaggerate the NEGATIVE things you have done or may have done or any member of the community who you don’t like alledges you may have done.
There is no trial, there is no jury, there is nobody who can help you except yourself.
If you honestly think any father can defeat 5 policemen coming to your door to steal your baby away from you… think again, the cops will beat the shit out of you in the cells if you try.
If 5 UK policemen come to a non UK hospital to try and snatch my kid, I can kill them quite easily and get away with it if they try, but they won’t because they are outside of their JURISDICTION. Outside the UK you can legally own a gun! Something you don’t have the privilege of over here.
Homebirth is out, sure you might survive without the medical care but the police will still batter your door in, screaming baby or not and take it from you.
YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO YOUR OWN BIOLOGICAL CHILD IN THE UK.
As hard as it may be to sacrifice our council flat, computer, benefits, people we know a life abroad without any of this may be hard but at least we will always have each other.
Love is more important than money.
We shall show our child our love and do the very best we can in an environment free from the UK SS even if that means living in a trailer in Mongolia.
I empathise with all of you and I’m sorry to those who have already lost their children with no hope of getting them back, but thanks to your information and willingness to come forth it has armed us as parents with the knowledge to know that to remain is to fight an un-win-able battle.

Parents who are lucky enough to escape this corrupt country and sysrem before court proceedings take place are having to leave family members, homes.and give up everything just so they can bring up there children instead of them being snatched. Kids dying in foster care and with adoptive parents. It is discusting ripping innocent familys apare. This whole country is falling to pieces, corrupt. Good riddance to england! Its a fucking joke! it happend to me except it was not this social services it was liverpool they came in 39hrs after my son was born and took himtheir excuse was i couldn’t distinguish his cries now we find out that the epo was already in the pipeline after the judge allowed me 4 days with my son in the hospital, they came with 2 police officers and took him at 8.30pm i found out they did not deliver him to the foster carer ( she was lovely ) till 10.30 but they wont say where he was till then or give the midwife who we now know has a history of doing this name out to anyone, they got a placement and freeing order 10 wks ago due to the fact i have aspergers

my latest update as follows. 15;30PM 01/05/2012 Staffordshire Police Inspector has just phoned me, and she has refused to investigate this corporate crime, reported 26/04/2012 to PC Plant and Michelle. This may be due to the fact that at least two of her officers are complicit in the corporate abduction and trafficking of a new born baby snatched from the Delivery suite at Burton Hospital. 15:28 I have just had a phone call from Chief Inspector Helen Jones Staffordshire Police, she was reluctant due to Data Protection to discuss the matter with me, a third party. I told her that a Human Rights Violation has taken place, thet the baby is now back in hopspital ill and need to be reunited with her Mother. I gave her a complete rundown/update on the current situation and the Police, being implicated and involved in this unlawful corporate child snatch are refusing to investigate this crime. This comes as no surprise, I also explained to her that the baby has been stolen without consent of the parents and that this is now a matter for the ECHR and has been sent to them to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. The question we need answered is why are public servants and corporate criminals not being investigated by those sworn to uphold the Law of England? We have a serious problem here of public servants clearly violating their rolls, abusing power, and out police are not investigating this crime. Because they are complicit in torture and abuse of their own people. Utterly disgraceful. I had hoped that someone with such responsibilty would have at least wanted to acknowlwdge Judge Mumbys recommendations. Apparently our public servants are not accountable for their crimes against humanity and genocide.

I have just fled the country to assist my partner in an unassisted childbirth, which all parents with an EPO placed on them should consider.
There is a lot of literature on the Internet empowering people to fulfill their own deliveries, which humans have been doing for thousands/millions of years.
First of all, why were these people in the hospital in the first place? Why weren’t they hiding in secrecy? Why didn’t they risk delivering the child themselves, if they knew they were going to lose it? Why didn’t they piss off to a castle in Scotland or something and just have the baby there?!
Also, if these people were in the hospital, why wasn’t the entire extended family there to protest and resist the forces?
Something I wonder is how these social workers and hospital staff stay alive? Why aren’t they being murdered for their crimes against humanity?
Many gangsters have people “offed” every day, so it surprises me that these satanic evildoers do not have prices on their heads…
Why isn’t there enough awareness about this in Britain for massive riots to begin at the offices of these social workers?
The social workers should be hounded to their graves for these terrible crimes. Everyone should spend all of their joint waking hours making these peoples’ lives a complete misery – on a personal levels. They should be hassled 24/7…Their cars smashed up…Their houses smashed up…
Why don’t entire families stand up including grandparents, parents etc. of the newborn’s parents to make this process of removing children from loving homes that much more difficult? Doesn’t anyone even care anymore about their own?

just had a phone call from duty social worker. our daughter is in hospital with jaundice. we don’t know which hospital and we’re not allowed to visit. they were so eager to snatch a baby that they didn’t bother to check her over properly. it was probably from not letting the pregnancy go full term and inducing 2 days before due date, our first was 9 days late. they have put baby’s life in danger in their eagerness to meet targets

My e-mail message to Staffordshire Police as follows:I contacted you three days ago re my concerns that a newborn baby Girl had been removed from her Mothers breast by multi agencies including hospital midwife, police and social workers, the Incident Log is 4. I asked that the baby be returnrd to Mum at the hospital immediately and this if any harm came to the baby they would be responsible PC Plant told me that the police would phone me back. I am still waiting, I have also phoned and left a message for the Chief Inspector, as this is a violation of the babies human rights and the baby is being placed at risk by the involved authorities. The baby is now in hospital ill with jaundice, and has come to harm due to being deprived of vital anit bodies and its mothers breat. This is not in the childs best interest. I am very disgusted by the actions of police Social workers and hospital staff, midwife. This baby was snatched, after Mum was induced to make it easy to facilitate, the baby has been placed in grave danger and she is now back in hopital critically ill. Last week I told police to investigate the theaft of this baby, unfortunately Staffordshire police aided this and are involved in this crime. They have ignored my warning to return this baby to its Mummy for breat milk. I told them that if any harm comes to the baby that i would be holding them responsible. This baby has been placed AT Risk, by those sworn to protect her best Interests, what criminals. They should all be privately prosecuted and serve time if this baby is not returned to Mum in the hospital immediately PAIN Parents Against Injustice.

I told police to return this baby to her Mother immediately, in their arogance they chose to ignore me, now baby is critically ill and back in hospital, she was snatched soon after birth by police and social workers and the midwife, we need the names of all responsibe and private prosecutions should be taken out against each and every one of these heathens. I told them that if any harm comes to this baby that I will hold them all personally liable. Criminals operating a MASH system with no hearts, no compassion , no duty of care, no souls as far as I can see, there is one way to describe the whole lot of them, CRIMINALS.

Wow, this is terrible! Why on earth would they remove a new born baby like that?
I had a social services visit yesterday, it was the initial assessment. We’re waiting now for our copy. They told us at the time that they will report the children are at no risk of harm and that we are meeting their needs.
I so hope we got a couple of normal social workers, we’ve dealt with some that look like pure little demons! One in particular wore so much make up I thought she was a clown!
These people disgust me! I hope the baby is returned as soon as possible! Though I fear tor the worst :|. Reading stories like this make me wonder if I made the right choice in letting them in yesterday! Feel so helpless though, you either comply or they say you are hiding something and then threaten the very children they claim to care about! Feel scared and helpless about it. If this happened to me I would be finished. Can’t even bare to think about it!

Don’t trust them – Im a former professional that reported “risk of abuse”, long story but they ignored me, and after a year of not seeing my child on false allegations, she was returned to me traumatised. there is 99.9% chance the abuse did happen; and we found out the perpetrator has got history (ss failed to fact find) it is clear they failed – they covered their arses and are now blaming me stating it is illegal; and emotional abuse to report abuse. They have intimidated me to keep quiet about the abuse, and for me to not seek any medical attention for my child or they will remove her from me. They are clearly breaking the law.

its never a good idea to deprive a child breast milk unless the mother is known or suspected to be using drugs (they pass through the breast milk to the baby) The best interests of this child may not have been to remain with the mother – it seems strange that no-one has even considered that. As a mother I would not want to see any child suffer.

While this isn’t my re-blog blog, I am re-blogging this particular post as it details the most horrific of crimes, perpetrated by those who are SUPPOSED TO be responsible for protecting the young. The actions demonsrated within this post are abhorrent. For me, today, they are especially appalling, as – for part of my research – I have again been reading some of Nancy Verrier’s words on the neural and limbic connections forming in the newborn, and the necessary dependence of the baby upon its mother.
I simply so not have the words to describe how utterly sickened this action has made me feel, and how horrified I am for the poor baby whose only want, need, and desire is for ITS OWN MOTHER!

Reasons given for orders in judicial review proceedings brought by the applicant in the light of the removal of her baby at birth. Damages were awarded for infringement of the applicant’s article 8 rights and leave to apply to extend claim to common law damages.
This case is of interest because of the publicity surrounding the circumstances of the baby’s original removal, which was made public when the initial hearing in these judicial review proceedings coincided with the birth and unlawful separation. Munby J therefore decided that this judgment should be made public in the interest of transparency and for the technical reason that declarations in such proceedings must not be made by consent and that needed to be recorded.
The claim for judicial review was founded on deficiencies in the applicant’s pathway plan, designed to assist her as she left care and regulated by the Children (Leaving Care) (England) Regulations 2001, and in this hearing, opposition to the local authority’s claim that the mother had consented to the removal of her child soon after his birth. Munby J found both that the pathway plan was deficient, particularly as the personal adviser involved was in conflict as she had also helped to devise the plan, and that the mother had not consented to the removal of her child simply because she had not raised an objection at the time. Munby J also found that the NHS Trust “cannot immunise itself from liability by pleading the bare fact of “authority” allegedly “provided” by another public body”.

No problem with the parents.The child is a lucrative source of income for the council. Even if there was a problem with the parents,the child is safe in a hospital environment and should never be deprived of breastmilk and mothers contact for the first weeks of it’s life. This is what happens in Mao Tse Tongs Communist China and Stalinist Russia,not in democratic Britain!!

The child was taken in accordance with the current policies surrounding ‘child protection’. The local authority duty team noticed that Miss Sahota had been arriving to work in a car more than 3 years old, it wasn’t a convertible.
In line with our immediate investigations we decided to help and fabricate a scenario and implement our favoured ‘likely hood of future emotional harm’ tag, ( I believe it was reported that red wallpaper was being used next to green curtains at the children’s home, this will not do).
Miss Sahota has now fulfilled her month targets for April, just phew, and will now be eligible for our performance raffle and we will give her some money, she will also receive our monthly entry into ‘I had a heart but sold my soul for bacon’ award.
It doesn’t matter about ‘reasons’ that’s really a silly question if you understand PSYCHOPSEMA.
This is FORCED ADOPTION. FRAUDULENT ADOPTION.
Staffordshire Social Services have one of the worst examples of this in the country, Jaqui Symes, Ami Grice, Helen naybour Julia Kennerly, are a gang of corrupt, un-organised filthly scum who kidnap children, and lie to secure TARGETS it isnt in any way anything at all to do with child protection!!!
These people did, will not do, and never have done anything at all to warrant this NOTHING, ask them! Ask those responsile to tell you why!

This kind of practice should be abolished. It is totally unacceptable for the state to be in a birthing room and then to remove a child during the first few hours of their life, when they need to be fed and held by their mother.

Incident No 4 26/04/12. I have now phoned the Chief Inspecter Helen Jones and left a message for her asking her to get back to me asap. Im raising this with police as a Human Rights violation ECHR following Judge Mumbys ruling on breastfeeding etc. we only have 72 hours to appeal the EPO, I am disgusted with the hospital as this is a totally unlawful act and failure of duty of care. Alison and the team at Pain are supporting what i am doing re requesting a full police investigation the police had officers/constables involved to assist this crime. This needs megga exposure and all involved need to be taken to task then named and shamed, of course we protect the family but not professionals. I am still gathering information re collar numbers of all responible names and ranks etc. this is a multi agency safeguarding hub MASH operation!! can anyone please get this site linked to ECHR asap its URGENT. This MUST be challenged.

The original organisation was set up by Sue Amphlett in 1985 and disbanded in 2000. Unfortunately this was due to the fact that sources of funding to keep the organisation alive had been withdrawn.

Typically, if this is what the parents want, one will be looking to contact most days of the week and for lengthy periods. Local authorities also had to be sensitive to the wishes of a mother who wants to breast-feed, and should make suitable arrangements to enable her to do so, and not merely to bottle-feed expressed breast milk. Ok, we have 72 hours to appeal any court order. I just finished speaking to Alison PAIN. I need more details so that we can get top notch legal advice to give this family a sporting chance to fight this lawfully and legally. team work here is vital, as everyone has something to contribute to righting this terrible situation. Appealing any court order is vital and should be top priority as well as pressure on the police to fully investigate this and hold all public servants involved to account and following correct procedures.

the police will help take a child off its mother but not help a mother get her child back when the father kidnaps the child and refuses to bring it back, and then threaten you if you try and get the child back yourself,,, its sick

Words cannot express how sad this makes me. I thought we lived in an advanced tolerant society? Whatever the reasons, a newborn baby should not be taken away from its mother, not just for the breast milk but those are the most important few hours in his/her brain development, and what are they going to do? Just leave her in her crib poor mite. This will be the worm that turned/the straw that broke the camels back!!

Ok I have phoned the police Staffordshire to report this as a crime Incident No 4, reported to Michelle, she is going to put this to the highest in command at the station and I have told her the baby must be returned to the hospitaL IMMEDIATELY as this is a criminal offence by Sw;s and a violation of human Rights, that the baby is being placed at risk of significant harm if deprived of vital antibodies from Mothers breast milk. I also told her about judge Mumbys Judgement. they have been told that there is no risk to the baby from the parents in a controlled environment ie the hospital, therefore a criminal act has been carried out by social workers. If they do not follow this up and return this baby, then we will hold all public servants to task if any harm is caused to the baby. did all this at 12;26. Now I have no phone number but 101 and ask for staffordshire police, ring them and report a crime, if we all do this they will have to investigate. I have done this as a member of PAIN so there is weight behind it.

Let me have as much detail on these criminals as possible all names ranks medics etc, all involved If you wish I will contact them all to address the issues of health and safety of the baby and Mum this a total violation of the rights of the baby the Mother and all the family. Who signed off the warrent if there is one, who is the medic who holds a duty of care etc, as much detail as possible so they can be exposed and taken to task. Yvonne stewart Taylor PAIN. Such actions by social workers were severely condemned by the European Court of Human Rights in the case of P,C, and S (2001) as inhumane acts and a violation of children’s rights. This is yet another atrocity in a large catalogue of such atrocities committed by UK social workers.

Has this been reported to the police,or did they aid this crime? Who is the Paediatrician responsible for this childs best interest? On what ground have they done this? Who is in charge of the hospital? Where have they taken the baby? This is abduction and child trafficking and the police need to be ordered to arrest these social workers or otherwise be held responsible for any harm to this baby. Yes! ILLEGAL ACTIONS by CPS and SS should be considered CRIMES and they should be arrested, investigated, charged and jailed and all PREVIOUS ACTIONS by those agents should be reviewed and OVERTURNED. It is time to take the crime out of FAMILY SERVICES.
Law enforcement should be arresting people if they act improperly against the constitution or the laws of humanity and the perpetrators of the illegal and abusive removal of children from their families should be considered a felony crime against the family and the children and should be punishable by incarceration and fine and having to register as a child thief.
How long is this going to go on and these criminals are going to be allowed to operate an illegal child trafficking ring right under the noses of the parents of the children and with the support of LAW ENFORCEMENT which is SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING THE PEOPLE! They are using our own resources against us!
They are using YOUR TAX DOLLARS to fund a distribution of moneys called Title IV-E funding in the US and it is in the BILLIONS OF DOLLARS throughout the ENTIRE COUNTRY. Every state gets these moneys. AND the states get money from MEDICAID to pay to care for children who are ill or limited in some way, but they only give that money to ADOPTERS AND FOSTER CARERS and NOT TO PARENTS.
There is also limitations on money that can be paid if family members care for a displaced child, so CPS does not want to place children WITH FAMILY. So children are as estranged from their families as they can possibly be to break the family bond, and extreme amounts of money go through the system, but not a lot of it comes out on the receiving end. Many families are charged for services which are never provided and the state gets paid for them, but the family never receives the service. There are many more instances of misappropriation of funds, but each state will have to be audited by a CITIZENS FINANCIAL REVIEW BOARD comprised of the victims that have had their children taken away and placed in foster care, or who have been forced to sign away their rights in response to the threat “if you don’t, you will never see your children again!” this comment WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY as the MOST atrocious act of intimidation in the history of modern mankind.
SO, HOW DO WE STOP THEM? Someone has to get law enforcement on our side so they QUIT SUPPORTING CPS in these instances of child stealing. THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER must be given the right to review the situation and “err on the side of the mother/child bond” IF he sees that the charges by CPS ARE UNFOUNDED. He may, at his own choosing, arrest the CPS agent. WE NEED THIS SUPPORT BACK FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT.
We also need for the consequences of child stealing to be time incarcerated, loss of LICENSE, which should be required in order to be employed with social services IN ANY CAPACITY, and a hefty fine that comes OUT OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS and goes back to the families that were violated. WE MUST enforce the laws against human rights violations before we enforce laws allowing cps to steal and abuse and neglect and market our children, THIS MUST END.
WE HAVE CONSEQUENCES FOR EVERYTHING. Every little detail of our daily lives are evaluated for a stranger to decide if we are FIT parents, when THEY ARE THE ONES STEALING CHILDREN, THAT MAKES THEM NOT EVEN A DECENT HUMAN BEING, much less a good judge of what is a fit parent! they need to stop taking children, stop stealing babies, and if they are caught, they need to be charged and convicted AND PUNISHED.
We are MOTHERS, we DO NOT FORGET OUR CHILDREN, we WILL NOT FORGIVE THEIR KIDNAPPERS!
